Sometimes inevitable things happen especially in business and when you don't expect them. Unfortunately one of them happened to us yesterday and we tried to resolve the problem without making you worried but it seems we have to.
Yesterday a hacker from Germany (with IP: 85.25.148.198) has hacked our LibertyReserve account and gmail account. We believe this has NOT happened because of our weak security percautions but because the person was who knew everything about us. This caused and will cause a short delay in processing withdrawals as well because we have to fund our new account and it takes time. Please be patient and accept our sincere apologies for this. We will process them ASAP. We have processed all pending withdrawals until the minute we are sending this email.
Now we feel that we have to move our hosting to a better and more honest provider and who can guarantees our details' safety. Due to this, our website will not be available from 1-2PM GMT for the next 24-36 hours until the new DNS is propagated. Different regions around the world may access to it in different time frame. We are really sorry but it is out of our control.
As we said from the first day, safety of our members is the most important thing to us and this is the only way we can be sure of this at the moment.

As I promised in last newsletter we have finally added phone support. Phone support is currently in a test mode, anyway you can contact us now by calling +1 646 3511232. At the moment phone support is available only on English language. By the way I am currently working also on French and Russian phone support so stay tuned, I hope I will announce it in one of the next newsletters. I have also hired a new staff member who will be responsible for a live support and also support tickets. From now to your questions at live and ticket support will answer Nick and I hope you all will like his desire to help EarnPlaza members. I think its a good news for all, because from now I will have more time to develop EarnPlaza and I am sure we will be the best program in HYIP short industry very soon.
Also want to inform that today we have faced some problems with email server and I cant at the moment reply to EarnPlaza members emails and I am really sorry for this. Anyway I am sure that this problem will be fixed soon and dont forget that you still can get reply to your answers at live support, phone support and ym. Thank you for your patience and understanding during changing our hosting provider. We appreciate all of you kind comments and emails. We have moved everything and all should be perfectly working now. Please let us know if it is not so.
We believe that there wasn't any withdrawal delays as we did our best to achieve this. BUT there might be some withdrawals which were requested in between the process and not registered for the admin panel. In that case, your withdrawal amount has gone back to your account and we ask you to request it again.
There is also a new payment processor added to our website, which is well known to all we assume, Perfect Money. From now on you can use Perfect Money to deposit and withdraw in Gain-Interest.com .
We have changed our Live Support software as well which has more comfortable environment and more professional looking.
Our SSL certificate has to be issued again and will be done as soon as possible.
