Xcelsus.org [Review] Low yield Investment program

Hello friends, I hope all of you are doing just good and haven't lost any big money in InvestJoy,which is a recent scam with short term plan. Anyways, these is a part of HYIP Industry. Today, we will discuss about something new and something which is known as LYIP, that means Low Yield Investment Program. In general, LYIP stands for such kind of program who offers less than 5% return in a month. The program is known as Xcelsus.org, it is the first ever LYI program which I am monitoring and I am really impressed with their long term thinking and realistic returns. The website is being hosted on a DDos protected server provided by Dragonara alliance. The domain name is registered for three years and will expire on 11th February,2012. Lets take a look at the main factor of why it is being called as LYIP, their investment plans. They are currently offering 5 plans to the investors and among those plans I think the most popular plan will be their first plan which is known as "Micro Test Plan". Because this is the only plan where small investors like me comes into scene. It has a minimum deposit of $50 and maximum is $999. Your principle amount will be locked in for 200 business days means one year. You will get upto 4% return after each 20 business days means one month. That means For 200 business days the total profit from this plan will be 40% and total return will be 140% including principle. You will receive payout once in a month for this plan.

Now lets take a look at their 2nd plan, which is know as "Freshman Investor Plan". This plan is for big investors who can afford the minimum amount $1000 to deposit in this plan. But in this plan you will receive the payment after each 100 business days or 6 months and for each 6 month you will receive upto 15% return on your principle amount. The maturity period is 3 years so you will receive total 6 payments before maturity. That means the total profit from this plan is 90% and total return is 190% including principle.

Xcelsus also offer three more plans to the investors, I have added those details in a chart format for easy understanding.

Payment after each 20 business days.
Number of payment : 200/20 = 10 payment slab

Payment after each 100 business days/6 months

Junior Investor Plan :
Term : 600 business days/3 years
Payment after each 200 business days/1 year
Number of payment : 600/200 = 3 payment slab
Upto 40% return for each payment slab

Senior Investor Plan(A) :
Term : 600 business days/3 years
Payment after each 200 business days/1 year
Number of payment : 600/200 = 3 payment slab
Upto 50% return for each payment slab
return : 50% x 3 = 150%

Senior Investor Plan(B) :
Term : 600 business days/3 years
Payment after each 200 business days/1 year

Term : 1000 business days/5 years
Payment after each 200 business days/1 year
Number of payment : 1000/200 = 5 payment slab
Upto 70% return for each payment slab

So there are the details of all plans. After reviewing this plan I must admit that the profits are realistic and seems like real world business. So it's very normal to be curious about their investment structure they are using and also about their organization as well. Although I personally don't believe those words on "about us" page, but if you are curious like me then let me tell you that Xcelsus claiming to an 25 year old company and I found these while looking for their investment areas,

1. 20% Forex Market. This is mainly to get a fast leverage.
2. 20% Logistic Solutions, Warehouse Managing Systems, WMS. 40+ projects completed.
3. 20% Beer Micro Brewery, design, installation and managing. 1st PUB installed.
4. Chef/Gourmet schools, franchise. 2 schools working already. Working on 3 & 4.
5. 15% Art production and placement. Very promising.
6. 25% Agriculture Projects:
>Automatic Hydroponics Forage Production, 1st prototype approved. And working.
>Plant for Bio-Diesel production from cellulose, instead of grain.
>Bee Hives.Largest ROI in Agriculture 100% up to 500% a year. And they do the work!

Well, I really wish this details become true as I am having a great hope on Xcelsus as they are the first LYIP I am monitoring. But while doing their whois search I found some details which might make you feel awkward. On their reverse ip I found that Cobextalent.com used to be hosted on the same ip as Xcelsus. But whenever I am trying to open Cobextalent.com, it is redirecting me to Xcelsus website. Well that proves Cobextalent.com is not using this ip anymore and xcelsus is using a dedicated server. But I sent a mail to admin regarding this matter and I received a screenshot from admin, which I am posting here,












I think this screenshot and fast reply from admin made me more confident about the Xcelsus.org. They are having a huge and unique selection of payment processor, Liberty Reserve, PerfectMoney, AlertPay, PayPal, MoneyBookers, Western Union and Bank Transfer. So I just wish to see a good future of Xcelsus in coming days and also ours.
